He has worked in the health care environment for more than 20 years. He had done everything from being a Phlebotomist to Nursing Assistant, to Registered Nurse and Physician Assistant. He also has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and worked in the health care Information Technology field, including technical support and design. Mark traveled across the country to implement and support large and small hospitals. He had designed a workflow and application to enhance the clinical workflow and documentation of facilities in the US.
While traveling across the country, Mark saw the need for home health care to help the increasing numbers of disabled and aging seniors. Many seniors want to stay at home where they have built their life so that they could retire and live a worry-free life. With that in mind, Mark is passionate to ensure that all patients are treated and cared for to the highest standard.
Irene Njoroge graduated from nursing school in 2005 and started working for home healthcare companies afterward. She had developed a passion for serving patients in the home health care sector and is dedicated to delivering a superior level of quality care to clients in their homes.
Currently, she has over 20 years of nursing experience and more than 10 of those years devoted to home health care in the United States. Irene is a wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and cousin to family members throughout the US and Canada. Being equipped with family-centered values, she treats her patients like they are her family as well.
But Irene’s service to others does not stop there. In addition to serving patients in the home health care sector, she also volunteers countless hours of her free time helping others and giving back to the community. She has served on the Brooklyn Park and Brooklyn Center Multicultural Advisory Committee for 7 years. More recently, she volunteered for the organization, Community Medication and Restorative Justice Services (CMRS), and has served for almost 3 years as a mediator working with the youth on restorative justice.
